La ganader\u00eda extensiva, las peque\u00f1as explotaciones y elaboraci\u00f3n de productos mediante la transformaci\u00f3n de las materias primas del sector, favorecen el establecimiento en el territorio como lucha contra la despoblaci\u00f3n y el mantenimiento de nuestro paisajes. La apuesta por productos y quesos ecol\u00f3gicos o consumo de productos de kil\u00f3metro cero son tambi\u00e9n una se\u00f1a de identidad de la festividad.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Desde la organizaci\u00f3n de esta fiesta tambi\u00e9n estamos trabajando para que el mismo d\u00eda tambi\u00e9n sea lo m\u00e1s sostenible posible, con medias como:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Utilizando <\/span><b>infraestructuras existentes y\/o reutilizables<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Utilizando energ\u00eda procedente de fuentes de <\/span><b>energ\u00eda renovables<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Seleccionando <\/span><b>proveedores locales<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> y\/o que trabajen aplicando criterios de sostenibilidad.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Minimizando el <\/span><b>material impreso<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> y trabajando para que \u00e9ste sea lo m\u00e1s <\/span><b>ecol\u00f3gico<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> posible.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Utilizando <\/span><b>vajilla reutilizable<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> o, que la que es de un solo uso, sea <\/span><b>100% compostable<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Fomentando el <\/span><b>consumo responsable del agua<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Utilizando<\/span><b> sanitarios port\u00e1tiles<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> conectados a la red.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Fomentando el <\/span><b>reciclaje<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> de los residuos generados.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Fomentando el uso del transporte p\u00fablico (en lo posible) o el uso compartido de los veh\u00edculos privados.
